“Please don’t go.”
He looked at her, her eyes looking most beautiful, held her face in his hands and kissed her passionately. He embraced her and whispered in her ears, “I am always with you.”
With tears in eyes she pleaded with him. He embraced her again. She spoke softly, “You take so much time to come, you know it is so difficult to handle everything alone, the kids, the house, everything. I am so alone.”
This time tears left her eyes and fell on his shirtless shoulders. He separated himself from her, held both her hands into his, brought them to his chest and said, “I am never ever going to leave you.”
Her eyes twinkled with a sad joy, she held him tightly, and resting on his shoulders she closed her eyes. When she opened her eyes, she found herself alone in her bed. She looked on the other side of the bed which looked untouched. As reality dawned on her, transparent tears appeared on her beautiful face.
